Each resident has her own private bedroom, and full use of common areas including kitchen, dining area, living room, chapel, yard, laundry, and craft room.

 

​Residents receive weekly formation and community building via

​

• Weekly House Meeting

• Weekly Bible Study or other formation

• Weekly Community Meal or Meals

• Weekly Community Prayer or Prayer

 

Upon acceptance into Annunciation House, an initial security deposit of $300 is requested. When a room is vacated, the security deposit will be refunded in full or part depending on the condition of the room.

Applicants must be:

​

1. At least 18 years old

 

2. Of sufficient mental and physical health to contribute to life in a group setting

 

3. Practicing Catholics in agreement with the teachings of the Catholic Church, or seeking to become Catholic

​

4. Willing and able to commit to community life

​

5. Able to contribute, either through volunteer work or payment, the cost of her program service fees 

​

Other rules: 

• No smoking in the houses

• No underage drinking or illegal drug usage

• No pornography

• No profanity

• Dress according to dress code (modest styles are meant to conceal rather than reveal)
